Hepopa! Terms of Service

This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Hepopa! and all agencies, brands, and content creators ("User") who visit, register with, or utilize the agency solutions, content management workflows, and UGC services offered by Hepopa!.

By accessing Hepopa! services or creating an account/application, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Nature and Scope of Services

Hepopa! is a creative production agency and content organization that enables agencies and brands to manage their UGC (User-Generated Content) workflows, creator matching, brief approval mechanisms, revision pipelines, and performance analytics end-to-end.

2. Account Creation and Conditions of Use

• Representation of Accuracy: The User agrees that all corporate and personal information provided during registration or communication is accurate, current, and complete.

• Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and passwords is solely the User's responsibility. You remain liable for all activities occurring under your account or identity.

• Multi-Client Management: Agencies are responsible for the compliance and legality of permissions assigned to sub-client accounts and materials shared within those client spaces.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

• Agency Ownership: All intellectual property rights pertaining to Hepopa!’s design infrastructure, materials, concepts, branding, and logos belong exclusively to Hepopa!. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

• UGC Content Rights: Usage and broadcasting rights for videos produced by creators and approved by the agency/brand via Hepopa! are transferred to the brand/agency within the licensing scope defined in the respective campaign terms.

• Legal Liability: Content creators and brands warrant that all materials (logos, music, images, text) uploaded or shared during the execution of services do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Service Plans, Payment, and Cancellation Terms

• Subscriptions and Fees: The utilization of services is subject to the pricing schedules of the selected agency or brand package. Fees are collected at specified billing intervals (monthly/annual).

• Subscription Cancellation: Users may cancel their service subscriptions at any time by reaching out to us. Upon cancellation, access to services continues until the end of the paid billing period; no pro-rated refunds are issued mid-cycle.

• Service Modifications: Hepopa! reserves the right to refine or update its agency solutions and package offerings.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Hepopa! exercises professional care to ensure seamless delivery of its services. However, it cannot be held directly liable for temporary disruptions caused by general internet infrastructure failures, third-party hosting partners, or force majeure events.

• Hepopa! is not a direct party to private commercial disputes arising between agencies, brands, or content creators; it acts as a facilitating and coordinating agency body.

6. Amendments to the Terms

Hepopa! reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time in alignment with legal regulations or operational updates. Revised terms take effect upon publication on our website.

7. Jurisdiction and Contact

Turkish Law shall govern any disputes arising from this Agreement, and the Courts and Execution Offices of Antalya shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
